Mission StatEment

The mission of The Bethlehem Center is to support, strengthen, and inspire individuals and families as well as to facilitate opportunities for personal and community advancement.

oRGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

Boasting a history of close to 100 years of service in the Spartanburg community.  The Bethlehem Center is a National Mission Institute in covenant relationship with the Women United in Faith of the United Methodist Church. We are established as an outreach program of the Advanced Special Ministries Group of the South Carolina Conference of the United Methodist Church. We welcome you to join us in supporting and nurturing our community through the many programs and services that we provide.

The Bethlehem Center has thrived on collaboration and partnerships with the local community, especially the Highland community.  Please look at our partnership page to find a list of our valuable partners.

The Bethlehem Center envisions a world in which all of God’s children are recipients of the basic necessities for a fruitful and enriched life. Toward this goal, we provide services including educational and supportive program for all individuals in our community.
