Highland Early Learning Center - 3k

Highland Learning Center, an affiliate of the Bethlehem Center has a full-day 3K program for Spartanburg families. Enrollment is based on a screening instrument used to identify 3K children who may be at-risk academically and/or have a financial need, and class sizes are limited.
